Terms of Service

Last Updated: June 10, 2026

Welcome to SoloBCH.com (“SoloBCH”, “the Pool”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”). SoloBCH is a professional, high-performance Bitcoin Cash (BCH) solo mining pool operated by a legally registered corporate entity in the Netherlands.

By accessing our website, connecting your mining hardware (ASICs) to our Stratum servers, or utilizing any services provided by SoloBCH, you (“the User”, “Miner”, or “You”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of our services and disconnect your hardware.

CRITICAL ACKNOWLEDGEMENT: HIGH VARIANCE RISK
Solo mining operates on an entirely different economic risk profile than cooperative pools. By connecting hash power to SoloBCH, you explicitly acknowledge that your payouts are determined solely by your hardware individual network solutions. There are no fractional reward allocations based on uncompleted share dynamics.

1. Nature of Solo Mining Services

1.1. Solo Mining Model: SoloBCH operates exclusively as a solo mining pool. Unlike traditional PPLNS or PPS cooperative pools, rewards are not distributed among all participants based on fractional share contributions.

1.2. Winner-Takes-All: The miner whose hardware successfully solves and transmits a valid block template that is accepted by the Bitcoin Cash network is entitled to the entirety of that specific block reward (block subsidy + transaction fees), minus the applicable pool fee.

1.3. Variance and Risk Acknowledgement: The User explicitly acknowledges that solo mining involves extreme financial variance. You understand that you may mine for extended periods (weeks, months, or years) without finding a block, resulting in zero payouts. SoloBCH offers no guarantee of revenue, profitability, or block discovery.

2. Fees and Payouts

2.1. Pool Fee: SoloBCH charges a flat 1.5% pool fee deducted automatically from the total block reward at the exact moment a valid block is solved and confirmed on-chain by your worker(s).

2.2. Direct Payouts: Payouts are broadcast directly on the Bitcoin Cash blockchain to the payout address configured in the miner’s Stratum username parameter.

2.3. On-Chain Verifiability: All block rewards and subsequent pool payouts are fully trackable via cryptographic, public on-chain proof. SoloBCH is not responsible for losses resulting from user error, including but not limited to the input of incorrect, invalid, or compromised BCH payout addresses.

3. Infrastructure, Latency, and SLA

3.1. Transatlantic Network: SoloBCH hosts redundant Stratum nodes in Europe (EU) and the United States (US). While we strive for maximum uptime and ultra-low latency, internet routing fluctuations, network propagation delays, and global network splits are beyond our control.

3.2. Stale and Orphaned Blocks: In the rare event that two miners on the global BCH network find a block at the same time, the blockchain may "orphan" one of them. SoloBCH is not liable for blocks that are rejected or orphaned by the peer-to-peer network, and no compensation will be provided for lost rewards due to network latency or orphan events.

4. User Conduct and Security

4.1. Prohibited Activities: Users agree not to utilize SoloBCH infrastructure to conduct or facilitate malicious activities, including but not limited to:

  • Attacking the pool infrastructure via DDoS or exploit injection.
  • Attempting to exploit the Worker-Diff Advisor or telemetry data.
  • Renting hash power from illicit sources or using compromised hardware networks.

4.2. Telemetry and Dashboard: The advanced worker dashboard, performance graphs, and share-time displays are provided "as-is" for informational and optimization purposes only.

5. Corporate Accountability and Governing Law

5.1. Legal Jurisdiction: SoloBCH is operated by a legally registered company in the Netherlands. These Terms, and any disputes arising from or relating to the use of our services, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands and applicable European Union regulations.

5.2. Dispute Resolution: Any legal proceedings or disputes must be brought exclusively before the competent courts of the Netherlands.

5.3. Identity and Availability: In alignment with our commitment to transparency, our core operating team operates transparently and accountably. Official communication and support channels are accessible directly via the website.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1. No Warranties: SoloBCH provides its platform, nodes, and stratum endpoints on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

6.2. Damages Cap: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Dutch law, SoloBCH, its directors, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, cryptographic assets, electricity costs, or hardware degradation arising from your use of the pool.

7. Amendments to Terms

7.1. SoloBCH reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted to this webpage. Continued connection of mining hardware to our servers following any updates constitutes an explicit acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you have questions regarding these terms, or require verified corporate documentation, please contact the team directly at [email protected].
